Arveena Sharma is a part of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency team and represents resolution applicants, creditors and debtors in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. Arveena also advises corporates in relation to issues pertaining to scheme/arrangements and oppression and mismanagement.

She routinely appears in cases before various benches of the NCLTs, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

Notably, Arveena is a member of the Young Practitioner’s Committee of INSOL India and is a part of INSOL Future Leaders Programme of INSOL International (INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national association of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency). Arveena is also a member of IWIRC India.

Arveena Sharma was promoted to Managing Associate in September 2023 and offers clients more than 8 years of experience in advising on restructuring and insolvency.
