Megha is a Managing Associate with C&M and is part of the corporate, insolvency and restructuring practice group.

 

Megha has a diverse practice portfolio encompassing and focusing on project financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, PE Exits, venture capital and foreign investments. She has represented various multinational companies, funds, and Indian companies in a range of transactions and has advised clients on general corporate and commercial laws, securities laws, foreign exchange control regulations, cross-border investments, investment structures and court driven mergers. She has significant experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents and advising on various aspects of transaction. She also advises clients on a range of issues arising under the recent Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
