Savar is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice. He has more than seven years of experience in the practice area of restructuring and insolvency and is also involved in the corporate and legal metrology regulatory practice at the firm.

He regularly advises clients on various issues arising in the Indian insolvency space. In particular, he is engaged in providing end-to-end legal support services (advisory and litigation) to resolution professionals/liquidators and their support teams in the course of resolution processes of insolvent entities and the liquidation process of the insolvent entities. Savar routinely appears in cases before various benches of the insolvency tribunal, the appellate tribunal, High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh and Mumbai and the Supreme Court.

 

He is a member of Insol India, Delhi High Court Bar Association and the National Company Law Tribunal Bar Association (NCLTBA).
