Abhay has extensive experience advising on corporate and aviation transactions. He regularly advises clients on the sale, purchase, leasing, and financing of aircraft in both domestic and cross-border transactions. He has significant experience advising international lessors with exposure to Indian airlines, including on India-specific regulatory, contractual, and operational issues. In addition, Abhay advises clients on their day-to-day legal matters, covering both contractual and regulatory aspects across the lifecycle of their business.
