Aileen Aditi Sundardas
Aileen Aditi Sundardas is an Associate with C&M’s Competition and Antitrust Practice. She assists in advising and representing clients on merger control, competition law advisory, and behavioural matters (including cartel investigations, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance) before the Competition Commission of India and the Office of the Director General.
She has been part of teams advising and representing Fortune 500 companies, including Intel Corporation as well as other leading companies such as Indorama Ventures, Vifor Pharma, BookMyShow, and FabHotels. Her experience spans sectors including digital platforms, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, technology, and hospitality.
Aileen has worked extensively on enforcement proceedings and regulatory investigations before the CCI and the DG. She also advises on competition law aspects of commercial agreements, dawn raid preparedness, and multi-jurisdictional transaction notifiability assessments.
She holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from O. P. Jindal Global University.
