Aishwarya Adlakha is an Senior Associate in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice, with approximately seven years of experience. He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and Supreme Court of India.
Aishwarya advises and represents Financial Creditors, Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Applicants, and other stakeholders in proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His practice is focused on insolvency and restructuring matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and the Companies Act, and includes advisory, transactional and litigation work.

He holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree and has completed his LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from O.P. Jindal Global University. Aishwarya is a member of INSOL India and INSOL International.
