Alisha Bhagat is a Corporate Associate at Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors, New Delhi, advising on general corporate, regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters for domestic and international clients. Her practice includes legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, and advising on sector-specific regulatory frameworks.

She brings significant commercial arbitration experience to her corporate practice, having represented leading infrastructure and construction companies in high-value arbitration proceedings, including Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited (ACIL) and Rotec Industries, Inc. (USA). This background enables her to approach transactions with a strong risk-mitigation and enforcement perspective.

Alisha currently advises on investment and structuring matters relating to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and on product compliance, including conformity with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) requirements. She holds an MBA in Strategy from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is known for her commercially attuned, analytically rigorous, and pragmatic legal approach.
