Arveena is a Counsel in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in the practice area of restructuring and insolvency.

 

She is a part of firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team and represents resolution applicants, creditors and debtors in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. Arveena also advises corporates in relation to issues pertaining to scheme/ arrangements and oppression & mismanagement. She routinely appears in cases before various benches of the NCLTs, the appellate tribunal, District Courts in Delhi, High Courts of Delhi, Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, Mumbai, Karnataka and the Supreme Court.

 

Arveena is a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.

 

Arveena has completed her BBA LLB, from Symbiosis International University, Pune. She has also completed the Financial Markets: A Beginners’ Module of NCFM. (2009) and Capital Market (Dealers) Module of the NCFM (2009).
