Bhavika Chhabra
Bhavika Chhabra is an Senior Associate in the Competition and Antitrust team. She focuses on advising clients on the full spectrum of Indian competition law, including merger control filings, behavioural matters, enforcement proceedings, and compliance frameworks. She regularly assists in strategising and responding to investigations before the Competition Commission of India.
She has worked with clients across diverse industries, including Google, JSW Steel, JSW Paints, UFO Moviez, among others. Her experience also includes designing and implementing competition law compliance programmes, as well as contributing to policy-level engagements and regulatory consultations for clients like Coca-Cola and Prism Johnson.
Bhavika holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat.
