Bhoomika Pande
Bhoomika Pande graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2024 and is an associate in the General Corporate and M&A team. She actively assists the team on a range of transactional matters, including M&A and private equity transactions, as well as general corporate advisory work.
She regularly advises clients across diverse sectors such as electric vehicles (EV), fintech, manufacturing and financial services, with focus on commercial contracts and provides guidance on day-to-day operational matters.
In addition to her transactional practice, Bhoomika is actively involved in Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) related work, including design and delivery of POSH awareness and training sessions, preparing engagement material, and supporting clients on compliance-related aspects.
