Garima Mangla is an Associate with C&M and is a part of the Capital Markets Team. Garima is enrolled as an advocate from Bar Council of Delhi. She completed her LL.M. in Investment & Securities Laws from National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) – Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. She received her graduation degree in B.B.A. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.

At C&M, she has provided advisory services and been a part of several fund-raising transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of Mangal Electrical Industries, Neilsoft Limited, Aggcon Equipments International Limited, Knack Packaging Limited, Pride Hotels Limited and Grand Housing Limited and Qualified Institution Placements (QIPs) of Pondy Oxides and Chemicals Limited.
