G.Manichandan Reddy
G. Manichandan Reddy is an Associate with the firm and practises in commercial litigation, arbitration and company law matters. He has experience in civil cases, writ matters before High Courts, commercial disputes under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, as well as in insolvency matters before the NCLT and NCLAT. He regularly assists in shareholder disputes, commercial matters and high-value contractual and Insolvency & Bankruptcy disputes.
His recent work includes assisting and arguing submissions in company law appeals, preparation of detailed statements of claim and defence in domestic and international arbitrations, and advisory on enforcement and interim relief strategies.
Manichandan has co-authored an article “How Unlimited is the Liability of a Partner? – Lessons for Creditors”
Manichandan graduated in 2023 with a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad.
