Ishaan graduated from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, in 2023 and is an Associate in the Corporate/M&A team.

He advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. His experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments, involving drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and option agreements. He regularly assists on legal due diligence exercises and advises on regulatory and compliance aspects under Indian corporate and foreign exchange laws.
