Jai Hindocha
Jai Hindocha is an Associate working in the Competition and Antitrust Law team of Chandhiok & Mahajan. He provides both advisory and litigation support to clients across a broad spectrum of competition law matters in India, including behavioural cases, merger control, compliance and policy.
He has acted for a range of clients spanning multiple sectors, including JSW Steel Group, Girnar Insurance Brokers Private Limited (InsuranceDekho), Big Tree Entertainment Private Limited (BookMyShow) and JCB India Private Limited, among others. He has also extensively worked on competition policy and compliance, including conducting competition law compliance programs for clients, making submissions to the Competition Commission of India through the stakeholder consultation processes on various regulatory issues, and advising clients on marketing policies and agreements with other parties.
He holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School Noida.
