 Karan Vir Khosla is a Senior Associate at Chandhiok & Mahajan, New Delhi, with significant experience in insolvency and corporate law. He regularly advises and represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCL T), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Supreme Court of India on matters relating to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

In his current role, Karan acts as legal counsel to Resolution Professionals and Liquidators in several high-profile insolvency matters, including Future Enterprises Limited, Siti Networks Limited, Tuticorin Coal Terminal Private Limited, and Sterling Healthcare Limited. His practice focuses on insolvency litigation, stakeholder advisory, and regulatory compliance under the IBC framework.

Karan holds an LL.M. in Commercial & Corporate Law from Queen Mary, University of London, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
