Karan Vir Khosla is a Senior Associate at Chandhiok & Mahajan, New Delhi, with significant experience in insolvency and corporate law. He regularly advises and represents clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCL T), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Supreme Court of India on matters relating to the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
