Kaushik Puranik is an Associate in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency and Securities litigation team. He has graduated from ILS Law College, Pune and has experience advising on regulatory and insolvency matters.

He regularly appears in cases before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), SEBI proceedings, Bombay High Court, and district courts. He provides legal support on compliance and litigation in these forums.

He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
