Kavya Sanjay Singh
Kavya is qualified to practice law in Delhi and is based out of Jaipur. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Delhi. With a strong academic foundation, she has developed a keen interest in corporate law, particularly in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
She is also interested in the evolving intersection of business and law, including emerging technologies and the legal frameworks shaping modern enterprises.
