Keshav Srivastava is an Associate at C&M, and a member of Capital Markets Team. He graduated from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Haryana. During his academic tenure, he developed a strong interest in Corporate and Securities Law and has completed the Master Workshop on Securities and Corporate Law by Lex Familia India.

He has been actively involved in advising on various initial public offerings, including the listings of Mangal Electrical Industries Limited and draft red herring prospectus filings of Dhariwal Buildtech Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited and Vidya Wires Limited. Further, he has advised the book running lead manager on the qualified institutional placement of Sky Gold and Diamonds Limited.
