Kriti Jain
Kriti Jain is a Real Estate Lawyer at Chandhiok & Mahajan, advising on a broad range of Real Estate and property-related matters across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. She holds an LLB from Amity University and an LLM from the University of Westminster. Her practice includes real estate transactions, land acquisition, title due diligence, leasing, and collaboration and joint development agreements.
She regularly works with developers, investors, and financial institutions, advising on regulatory frameworks and structuring transactions. Kriti advises across the full lifecycle of real estate projects, including land title verification, mutation and revenue record updation, sale deeds, gift deeds, wills, and other conveyancing documentation, with a focus on mitigating title and possession-related risks.
