Naman Golechha

Naman Golechha is a Senior Associate with the Firm and advises on complex commercial disputes, with a focus on arbitration, competition law, insolvency and regulatory litigation. He regularly appears in high-stakes proceedings before High Courts and the Supreme Court, including quash petitions, writ petitions, and writ appeals, as well as in commercial money recovery actions.

Naman has significant experience in competition law matters, including abuse of dominance investigations, leniency applications, and advisory during investigations before the Director General. He routinely handles writ challenges arising from orders of the Competition Commission of India and related appellate proceedings. His practice also spans insolvency litigation, including Section 9 proceedings before the NCLT and appeals before the NCLAT, as well as shareholder disputes involving oppression and mismanagement.

He represents clients in cross-border commercial arbitrations, including proceedings under SIAC rules, and advises on enforcement and interim relief strategies. Naman also provides strategic advisory on commercial transactions, particularly in relation to contractual structuring and force majeure, and has acted in regulatory disputes in the telecom sector, among others.

Naman has co-authored the article “How Unlimited is the Liability of a Partner? – Lessons for Creditors”.

He graduated in 2022 with a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from O.P. Jindal Global University.
