Nishant is a Partner in the firm and has over 10 years of experience in Restructuring & Insolvency, PE/ M&A and financing transactions.
In the Restructuring & Insolvency practice, Nishant represents resolution applicants, creditors, resolution professionals, and liquidators in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. He has advised clients in various acquisitions under insolvency and liquidation process and provided end-to-end legal support from the planning stage till the implementation stage. Nishant has also advised various creditors in relation to the general issues during the insolvency and liquidation process. He has advised various corporates, NBFCs, asset reconstruction companies, and resolution professionals in insolvency and restructuring matters in the real estate, power, infrastructure, and steel sector.
Nishant has also advised various banks, NBFCs, asset reconstruction companies in debt assignment transactions for loan portfolios as well as individual loan accounts.
Nishant also has extensive experience in advising clients (both start-ups and established) on mergers & acquisitions and private equity investment transactions.
