Palak is an Associate in the Banking & Finance team at Chandhiok & Mahajan, having graduated in 2025 from MNLU, Mumbai. Her practice focuses on financing, restructuring, and debt market transactions, where she regularly assists in the review and drafting of loan and security documentation, transaction due diligence, and execution processes. She has assisted on multi-lender settlements involving international stakeholders, gaining hands-on exposure to coordination across lenders, trustees, and borrowers. She also routinely works on regulatory analysis under FEMA, SEBI and RBI frameworks and has supported public M&A filings and legal opinion research. She has a strong academic and mooting background and maintains interests in gaming and sports law.
