Poojal graduated from Chanakya National Law University, Patna, in 2024 and is an associate in the Insolvency and Restructuring Team. She actively advises on matters involving corporate restructuring and insolvency resolution processes. She has assisted the team in performing due diligence of insolvent companies and subsequently structuring resolution plans as per the Insolvency and bankruptcy Code, 2016 for various resolution applicants. She has been engaged in advising resolution professionals on the successful resolution of insolvent companies. Poojal also has experience in handling mergers and demergers while managing related regulatory compliances, including filings with MCA, NCLT, and approvals from SEBI and other authorities.
