Pratima Pratihar
Pratima is a Senior Associate with C&M and a member of the Capital Markets team.
She has over four years of experience advising on a broad spectrum of capital market transactions, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues (under both Fast Track and SEBI routes), Qualified Institutions Placements (QIPs), and Offers for Sale (OFS) via the stock exchange mechanism.
Pratima has advised Indian corporates, investment banks, and commercial banks on securities law and capital market regulations across diverse sectors such as energy, infrastructure, banking, manufacturing, logistics, and consumer services. Prior to joining C&M, she worked at law firms such Crawford Bayley and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
