Riddhika Dumane
Riddhika Dumane is an Associate with C&M’s Competition and Antitrust Practice. She assists in advising and representing clients on merger control, commercial arrangements, and behavioural matters (including cartel investigations, vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance) before the Competition Commission of India and other forums.
She has been part of teams advising and representing Global 100 and Fortune 500 companies, including Nissan Motor, HP Inc., Samsung, JSW Steel Group, and Indorama Ventures, and has also acted for notable companies such as UFO Moviez, Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited, and Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, among others. Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including IT and ITeS, manufacturing and industrials, pharmaceuticals, automotive, retail, luxury, media and entertainment, and banking and financial services.
Riddhika has also worked extensively in advising on distribution and channel partner agreements, dawn raid policies, conducting multi-jurisdictional transaction notifiability assessments, and conducting competition compliance programmes.
She holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and was a recipient of the Dean's Merit List award. She subsequently completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London, with merit.
