Samridhi Shrimali is an associate in the restructuring and insolvency practice at Chandhiok and Mahajan. She has worked on a wide range of issues – both contentious and non-contentious – relating to the insolvency and liquidation of corporates under insolvency law. Samridhi also has a strong academic foundation in corporate law and arbitration.
