Saurabh is a Counsel with over a decade of experience in securities law, insolvency and restructuring, and complex commercial litigation. He possesses deep expertise in securities litigation and enforcement actions, including matters involving price manipulation, disclosure lapses, financial fraud and other regulatory violations, and is frequently engaged as a trusted advisor by market participants on sensitive regulatory and compliance issues.

He maintains a robust insolvency and restructuring practice, advising and representing stakeholders across the full spectrum of proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. His experience includes acting for financial and operational creditors, insolvency professionals, resolution applicants and corporate debtors in complex corporate insolvency resolution processes, liquidations and avoidance proceedings, often involving significant regulatory and commercial considerations.

Saurabh has extensive advocacy experience before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLT), the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), arbitral tribunals, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He has represented SEBI, listed and unlisted companies, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, resolution applicants and high-net-worth individuals across a wide range of contentious and advisory mandates.
