Shashwat Bhutani
Shashwat Bhutani is an Associate with C&M and a member of the Capital Markets team.
Shashwat graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad and completed his LLM in Investments and Securities laws from the National Institute of Securities Markets in collaboration with Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Prior to joining C&M, he was associated with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in the Regulatory Department.
He has been actively involved in several initial public offerings, including the listings of DAM Capital Advisors Limited and Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited, the draft red herring prospectus filings of Neilsoft Limited, SIS Cash Services Limited, and Knack Packaging Limited, as well as the Qualified Institutions Placement of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited.
