Shivangi Mugdha is an Associate in the Data Privacy team at
Chandhiok & Mahajan. She advises clients across sectors such as
technology, digital health, e-commerce, and fintech on data
protection compliance under the DPDP Act, the Information
Technology Act, and global privacy regulations including the
GDPR. Her work includes supporting clients with data
governance, privacy impact assessments, breach response
readiness, and drafting privacy documentation such as policies,
notices, and data processing agreements. She also advises on
cross-border data flows and vendor risk management. Before
joining C&M, Shivangi worked with a technology law firm,
advising on privacy, AI regulation, and platform compliance. She
has supported clients including multinational advertising firms,
SaaS providers, and financial institutions. She is a member of the
Delhi High Court Bar Association and closely follows the
development of global privacy and tech regulatory frameworks.
