She has advised various issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders across public offerings, qualified institutions placements, and rights issues involving marquee clients in the technology, manufacturing, defence, and finance sectors, as well as leading investment banks. She also advises clients on regulatory issues relating to insider trading and other listing regulations in India.

She is an esteemed member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has over 4 years of experience in capital markets transactions.
