Sneh Choudhary is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance and Insolvency and Restructuring practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan’s Mumbai office. He advises domestic and international lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on a wide range of financing transactions. His experience includes real estate finance, project finance, structured finance, external commercial borrowings, debt capital markets, and insolvency-related matters. Sneh has been involved in complex financing and restructuring transactions, providing end-to-end legal support across deal structuring, documentation, and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Alliance College of Law, Bangalore, and a postgraduate degree in law from the National Law University, Delhi
