Suchitra has been involved in end-to-end transactions in the M&A and PE/VC spheres. She regularly advises clients on issues relating to foreign exchange laws, employment laws and fintech laws.

With experience in conducting due diligence on companies operating in retail, manufacturing and entertainment sector, Suchitra has assisted her clients in their filing of regulatory approvals for receiving FDI with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India.
