Uday Bali is a Senior Associate in Chandhiok & Mahajan's Competition and Antitrust Practice. He advises and represents clients on merger control, enforcement proceedings, and competition litigation before the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the Office of the Director General, and Writ Courts.
Uday has been part of teams representing Fortune 500 companies, including Google, HP Inc., JCB, Hyundai Motor, and Asianet Digital Network. His enforcement experience spans a wide array of sectors, including digital markets, media and entertainment, telecommunications, automobiles, and sports.
His core competencies include regulatory investigations, merger control filings before the CCI, and competition litigation before Writ Courts.
Uday graduated with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University.
