Urvashi is an Associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice at the Delhi office of Chandhiok & Mahajan. She represents resolution applicants, creditors, and resolution professionals in corporate insolvency resolution process  under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

She provides end-to-end legal support, from the planning and structuring stage through the implementation of resolution plans. Urvashi also represents clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. Urvashi is a member of INSOL India and International.
