Yuvraj is an Associate with C&M and a member of the Capital Markets Team.

Yuvraj is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a graduate of Delhi University. Before joining C&M, he gained significant experience in in corporate law, listing regulations, and secretarial compliances, through his previous association with Bharti Airtel Limited as a CS Management Trainee.

At C&M, Yuvraj plays an active role in advising clients on various corporate and regulatory matters. He has been actively involved in several capital-raising transactions, including the Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) of Grand Housing Limited and Pride Hotels Limited.
