Arveena Sharma is a Managing Associate and offers clients more than 8 years of experience in advising on disputes & restructuring and insolvency.

 

She represents resolution applicants, creditors, and debtors in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. Arveena also advises corporates in relation to issues pertaining to scheme/arrangements and oppression and mismanagement.

 

She routinely appears in cases before various benches of the NCLTs, NCLAT, High Courts and the Supreme Court.

 

Notably, Arveena is a member of the Young Practitioner’s Committee of INSOL India and is a part of INSOL Future Leaders Programme of INSOL International (INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national association of accountants and lawyers who specialise in turnaround and insolvency). Arveena is also a member of IWIRC India.
