Lovejeet has over 14 years of experience in practicing corporate and commercial law. He handles transactional and general corporate work and has advised on several corporate transactions - mergers & acquisitions and investments (inbound as well as overseas), a range of commercial contracts, financing documentation, and renders day-to-day legal advice.
With respect to transport sector, he has extensive experience of rendering legal advise on setting up in India, aircraft/ ship leasing and financing, aircraft/ ship acquisition and sale transactions, foreign exchange control laws and commercial agreements.
