Lovejeet is a part of the corporate practice group at Chandhiok & Mahajan. He handles transactional and general corporate work and advises on several industry verticals such as aviation, automobile, chemicals and fertilizers, energy, food processing, manufacturing, IT and shipping.
With over 10 years of experience in practicing corporate and commercial law, Lovejeet has advised on several corporate transactions - mergers & acquisitions and investments (inbound as well as overseas), a range of commercial contracts, financing documentation, real estate transactions & commercial leasing, restructuring and renders day-to-day legal advice. He regularly advises several multinationals as well as domestic companies on these aspects of law. He is acknowledged by the clients for his attention to details and rendering commercially viable legal advice. Based upon clients’ feedback, he has been recognized by IBLJ amongst ‘standout lawyers’ of the firm.
