Her diverse clientele includes Biocon, Metropolitan Stock Exchange India, Sony Pictures, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Dish TV, MakeMyTrip, Britannia Industries, among others.
She has extensive experience with combinations involving private equity investments in sectors such as ITeS, pharmaceuticals, pipeline infrastructure, commercial real estate, and payments gateway services. She has also advised and acted on combination approvals involving the broadcasting sector.
