His expertise spans insolvency resolution, distressed M&A, debt & corporate restructuring, structured finance and corporate lending.

In the Restructuring & Insolvency practice, Nishant represents resolution applicants, creditors, resolution professionals and liquidators in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. He has advised clients in various acquisitions under insolvency and liquidation process and provided end-to-end legal support from the planning stage till the implementation stage. Nishant has also advised various creditors in relation to the general issues during the insolvency and liquidation process.
