WHAT IS AN INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION?
FEES PAYABLE FOR INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATIONS
The fee payable for each interlocutory application will vary depending upon who is filing the interlocutory application.
Applicant | Fee |
Individual or Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) | INR 500 (~USD 5.99) |
Non-Government Organisation (NGO), or Consumer Association, or Co-operative Society, or Trust | INR 1000 (~USD 11.99) |
Proprietorship, Partnership, Limited Liability Partnership, or a company having turnover in the preceding year upto INR 2 crores (~USD 0.2 million) | INR 1000 (~USD 11.99) |
All other cases (including companies with turnover over INR 2 crores (~USD 0.2 million) | INR 5000 (~USD 59.95) |
