The four-part series ‘Competition Law Roundup 2023 – A C&M Thought and Leadership Series’ was released by Ms. Sweta Kakkad, Hon’ble Member of the Competition Commission of India on 1 February 2024.
2023 was an important year for the competition jurisprudence in India as the year began with the wide-sweeping amendments to the Competition Act, followed by the introduction of new tools in the enforcement kit and release of various draft regulations for stakeholder comments.
