Chandhiok & Mahajan has recently advised IRM Private Limited (aviation arm of a pharmaceutical conglomerate) on sale of its Cessna Mustang aircraft to an entity outside India. The transaction involved advise on termination of leasing arrangement with Textron, negotiation and finalisation of LOI and Sale Agreement, and documents relating to deregistration of the aircraft.
