Shreya is a Counsel, Lead with Data Privacy and Cyber Security Practice. Shreya has had over 8 years of experience in assisting organisations to ensure compliance with data privacy laws globally. Prior to joining C&M, she was the Global data protection manager with an MNC in London and worked as a privacy consultant with another privacy focused firm in London and was tasked with ensuring compliance with data protection laws across
various jurisdictions. Shreya’s understanding of the nitty-gritties of the law, compliance grey-areas and rich experience will help devise a module which will strike a balance between the statutory needs and commercially viable solutions. She has done her LLM in
Technology and Media laws from QMUL, London. She is also a sub-committee member of the DPO Club, Mumbai and an organising committee member with ItechLaw.
