Vikram brings over 15 years of experience advising on real estate transactions, land acquisition, regulatory compliance, and high-stakes disputes. He leads the Real Estate practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan, combining deep sectoral knowledge with business-aligned legal solutions.

He leads the firm’s real estate practice and has advised leading developers, financial institutions, and corporate houses on joint development agreements, collaborations, township structuring, land due diligence, and regulatory approvals across India. His work spans projects in NCR, Mumbai, Ludhiana, Lucknow, Indore, and Mohali.

Previously, as General Counsel at Emaar India, Vikram led a 28-member legal team and successfully negotiated key joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He played a central role in implementing the company’s scheme of demerger, resolving land-related litigation, and managing regulatory investigations involving CBI and ED. He also reduced ongoing legal cases by 35% and led cost-efficiency initiatives that cut external legal spend by 15%.
