C&M advised IAN Group on its investment in Chargeup

Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors advised IAN Group on its investment in Chargeup (“Company”). The investment by IAN Angel Fund was part of a funding round conducted by the Company worth INR 22 crores.

The Company is involved in building a platform for supporting EV 3-wheeler operators in various operational aspects such as providing assistance with battery financing, as well as connecting OEMs, dealers and drivers.
