The resolution plan submitted by the successful resolution applicant was approved by the Hon’ble NCLT on 6 November 2025 and upheld by Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.

C&M also successfully defended the Resolution Professional in various litgations filed by the suspended directors in relation to the process before the NCLT, NCLAT and Hon’ble Supreme Court respectively.
